PAGADIAN CITY—The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Provincial Enforcement Office scored anew in the fight against shabu with the arrest of an enlisted military man and his companion for drug peddling.

PDEA Provincial Drug Enforcement Team leader SPO1 Faigdar Jaafar identified the two as Pfc. Musal Ingoh, a member of the 18th Infantry Battalion and a resident of New Labangan, Labangan, Zambosur and Amir Ansad, a resident of Upper Sang-an, Pulacan, Labangan.

Both were riding in tandem when they were flagged by the PDEA agents along the the national highway near the Integrated Bus Terminal in Bulatok, this city.

Both Ingoh and Ansad yielded a plastic container full of white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, a caliber .45 with one magazine and two cellphones.

The PDEA said the arrest of the two suspects is a buy bust operation as both suspects were apprehended while on the way to a poseur-buyer.
