Iligan City- The Hacienda Filipina and its sovereignty together the Gospel Ministry of the Holy Spirit for Salvation together with the United Humanitarian Organization, (Phils.), Incorporated based here is an non-government organization trying to intervene in the resolution for peace in Mindanao.
Her Majesty Queen Regent Salvacion Legaspi y Espiritu Santo, who leds the organization said that she is soliciting the peoples consent to be together in solving the crisis in Mindanao.
“it is for me to help and mediate and intervene, in order to support a peaceful means of exercising the rights of the ancestral lands earmarked for the Muslims thru the Sultans of Mindanao. We have to reach first the bottom and root of the problem before we can start solving the issues on claim on the Ancestral Lands,” she said.
She further explained her intention and be it a fact that there are reasons and figures why she intervene, in her letter to all the nations of the world, below are the facts in intervening the peace process which, both the government of the Philippines and the MILF should ponder upon; “The original Certificate Title No. 01-4, by the Royal Crown of England Land Form 01-1764, which was entered pursuant to the decree of 01-4 in accordance with the order of the Royal Audiencia de Manila, dated January 17, 1764.
The Royal Government of England who heard in the accordance with the provisions of the Land Laws known as the Torrens system, that Lacan Acuna (of the Tagean clan) married Princess Rowena Ma. Elizabeth Overbeck Macleod of Austria, for owning certain lands known as Hacienda Filipina consisting of 7,169 islands.

Her Majesty concluded. With its sovereignty and the heart to help the innocent, HRM Legaspi told this reporter that as god’s messengers it is her responsibility to help resolve peace in Mindanao.
