TANGUB CITY—The Tangub Livelihood and Development Center (TLDC) has finished its short training course in candle and fish ball making last week, officer-in-charge Romulo Kaamiño told MINDANAO MONITOR.

The said training, courtesy of 2nd District Rep. Herminia Ramiro, was attended by 100 participants, as an alternative livelihood.

The said training seminar was also facilitated by the Farmers Business Corporation (FBC), led by Jay Farren.

Farren said they have several skills program inputs for participants in any given subject but Ramiro chose the candle-making and fish ball-making to be taught to Tangubanons since materials for these endeavors are easily obtained.

Farren hopes participants will use the techniques and knowledge shared to them for their alternative livelihood.
