Gensan City Mayor Pedro Acharon, Jr. addressing the 10-member City Council of Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada on August 20, 2007 presided by His Worship the Mayor Lorne Mitton. This is in relation to the Municipal Partnership Program between the two cities being implemented by the League of Cities of the Phils., League of Municipalities and the Federation of Canadian Municipalities with funding from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
