Pagadian
City: City policemen arrested a certain Roderick L.
Tallafer, 37, in Brgy Danlungan last Nov. 18, for violation of RA 9262 and detained
him at the police station while waiting for commitment order from court.
Also, policemen in Tabina,
Zambosur confiscated a total of eleven sachets of suspected shabu from a
teenager during a checkpoint operation in Brgy Culabay last Nov. 17.
The police identified
the arrested person as Rustom M. Capuyan, 19, a resident of Purok Fishing
Village, Poblacion.
Police first intercepted
the suspect in its checkpoint for driving without license but Capuyan
purportedly disembarked his driven motorcycle and ran away but was immediately
arrested by said PNP elements.
In Ipil, Zambo Sibugay,
a a suspected pusher was arrested during a buy-bust operation in Bangkerohan last
Nov. 17.
Arrested was Ibrahim
Aradaza Anduhol, 30, alias “Bambam”, a resident of Brgy Magdaup, who yielded four
sachets of suspected shabu and marked money.
The suspect is now temporarily
detained at said police station.
In more news, a 35-year
old resident was shot dead last Nov. 18, at Brgy Tapodoc, Labangan, Zambosur,
police said.
The victim was
identified as Badruddin S. Datucaca, who sustained a .45 Cal pistol gunshot
wound on his head and died on the spot.
Finally in Guipos,
Zambosur, a farmer who has a standing warrant of arrest for the crime of
homicide was arrested in Brgy. Dagohoy, last Nov.18.
Police identified him as
Faustino B. Vivas, 34, and a resident of the said place.
The accused is now in
jail.
