Cops, PDEA arrest 3 Pagadian drug pushers

Pagadian city: Police and PDEA operatives arrested three suspected drug pushers, including one listed in the drug watch list, a new report said.

City police chief C/Insp. Dahlan Samuddin identified the arrested suspects as Nena Mohammad, Monasa Sumusud and Jamael Sarip.

Samuddin said the suspects were arrested last Sunday in the village of Tiguma, this city, in the act of “delivering” to an undercover PDEA agent three big plastic sachets of suspected shabu in exchange for P210,000.

A fourth companion of the suspects, whose identity was not available as of press time, managed to elude arrest, Samuddin added.

The arresting team confiscated three big heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighting 150 grams, and the buy-bust money consisting of one P1,000 bill placed on top of neatly-cut bond papers, the police chief said.

In related news, the PDEA and PNP arrested recently the sixth most wanted drug personality in the province.

PDEA director general Arturo G. Cacdac Jr. identified the suspect as Saidar Gampong, of Quarry, New Labangan, Labangan.

Cacdac said Gampong was apprehended in his residence last Wednesday morning with a warrant for his arrest.

Gampong yielded two plastic sachets of shabu during his arrest.
