TANGUB CITY: Cluster 7 lead dancer Desiree Albor of the St. Michael’s High School was crowned as Dalit Festival Queen 2007 and chosen as Miss Placenta in the recent Dalit Festival. Albor captured the twin title, besting lead female dancers from other competing contingents. The colorful Dalit Festival capped the city's month-long fiesta celebration last Sept. 29.
