TANGUB CITY—The newly opened Tangub City Activity Center (TCAC) will be a spot for talented residents to display and exhibit their talents.

Who knows, TCAC could be a venue for talent scouts in the future to explore the flair of local artists, musicians and the like, Mayor Jennifer Tan said.

The quadrangle building will host any public activities related to culture and arts like singing, dancing, acting, band contests and presentations from the Sinanduloy Singers, Sinanduloy All Star band, GADTC Marching Band and Amateur Singing contest.

The talented crop of Sinanduloy Cultural Troupe started this way, although there was no formal venue yet during their time.

Tan said that residents, especially students who show their God-given talent will not only entertain people but will inspire others as well.

Tan cites, for example, the Sinanduloy Singers who recently launched their first compact disc album featuring songs mastered by the group.

Also located within the TCAC are the City Tourism Office, Sinanduloy Office, Tangub Historical and Documentation Office, City Café 2 and business establishments that display locally made products.

These amenities inside the TCAC cater to sightseeing visitors who want to witness the month-long Christmas Symbols Festival.
