24-year old Fil-Am Michelle Escuin, the reigning Ms. Philippines-Universe 2007 with Gen. Santos City Mayor Pedro Acharon, Jr. during her November 14 courtesy visit at the city hall. The 5'8 stunner from California breezed into the Tuna Capital of the Philippines, her first provincial stop in the country, to familiarize herself with the local culture. She later visited the various city government offices and touched base with members of the local media.
