Ramon Milleza (seated extreme L), representing Mayor Pedro Acharon, Jr. signs a Memo of Agreement with (seated L-R) Nereo Regollo Jr., Worshipful Master of the Free & Accepted Masons-Dadiangas Lodge No.225 and Wilfredo Royeca, President of the Rotary Club of GSC for a Milk Feeding Activity to benefit 50 malnourished children from Barangay Ligaya. Spearheaded by the City Health Office, these NGO's have agreed to a cost-sharing scheme offered by the National Dairy Authority on its milk products, with the latter providing a 100% counterpart on their budget.
