TANGUB CITY: Cluster 9, composed of five barangays led by the Lorenzo Tan National High School bested 10 other contingents in the Local Category and bagged 1st place and P80,000 in cash prize. The group captured the judges’ attention as they performed on stage during the 2007 Dalit Festival last Sept. 29 . The tourists-drawer event capped the city's month-long fiesta celebration.
